Debriefing is competitive intelligence for companies of 20 to 249 people, in any industry. It monitors competitor pricing, product, hiring, positioning, and market pages, and turns source-backed evidence into a short brief with recommended actions.

Prices are in US dollars. Yearly billing costs 10 months of the monthly price. Every paid plan has unlimited seats.

## Billing terms

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial of the full product. You add a card to start it. On day 3, the plan starts and we charge the card, unless you cancel before then. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. The free trial applies once per customer. We match customers by workspace, email address, company domain and card. Every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Within 14 days of your first payment, an admin can get a full refund in Billing or by email to team@debriefing.io. The refund covers every payment in those 14 days, tax included, and we keep no fees. It goes back to the card that paid and usually arrives in 5 to 10 business days. Your plan then ends and the workspace pauses. We keep all your data. The guarantee applies once per customer. We match customers by workspace, email address and card.

Plans renew automatically each month or each year until you cancel. An admin can cancel at any time in Billing, or by email to team@debriefing.io. If you cancel during the free trial, the trial ends at once and you pay nothing. After that, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
