Free competitor analysis tool
Enter your website and one competitor's. We read the home page and the pricing page of both. Then we write a competitor snapshot, your SWOT against that competitor, and a one-page battlecard for sales calls.
What you get
Competitor snapshot
The competitor's positioning, its pricing signals, and the buyer its pages address, side by side with yours.
SWOT against this competitor
Your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats against this one company.
One-page battlecard
Reasons buyers pick you, questions that show the competitor's weak spots, and answers to the objections a buyer raises.
How the competitor analysis works
The tool reads the public home page and pricing page of both companies. A model then writes the analysis from those pages only. Each result lists the pages it read, so you can check every point.
A SWOT analysis of your whole business is broad. This SWOT compares you with one competitor, so each point is something a rep can use on a call. The battlecard follows the structure in our battlecard examples. For a wider read of your market, use Porter's Five Forces.
One read shows where a competitor stands today. A competitor can change its pricing page the next week. The competitor monitoring tools guide compares the tools that track those changes. Debriefing tracks them for your core competitors and sends a source-backed brief with recommended actions.
Frequently asked questions
Is this competitor analysis tool free?
Yes. You need no account and no card. Each visitor can run a few analyses an hour.
What does the tool read?
It reads the public home page and the public pricing page of both websites. It does not sign in anywhere, and it reads no private data.
How accurate is the SWOT and the battlecard?
The tool uses only what the two websites state, and it lists every page it read. A page can be out of date or leave things out. Check each point against the linked pages before you use it in a deal.
What is a competitor battlecard?
A battlecard is a one-page brief that a sales rep reads before a call against one competitor. It says why buyers pick you, which questions to ask, and how to answer common objections.
How is this different from competitor monitoring?
This tool reads two pages once. Competitor monitoring reads a competitor's pricing, product updates, hiring, traffic and more every week, and tells you what changed. Debriefing does that monitoring and sends you a source-backed brief.
Do you store the websites I enter?
We keep each result for seven days, so a second run for the same two websites answers at once. We do not store your email or your IP address.
